New York, NY – December, 2019 – One of the longest-running and most renowned live cultural events in NYC, the 33rd Annual Tibet House US Benefit Concert returns to The Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage at Carnegie Hall on February 26, 2020 at 7:30PM for an evening full of amazing music and one-night-only collaborations. Joining esteemed composer and artistic director Philip Glass, who once again curated this year’s line-up, will be punk pioneer Iggy Pop, the legendary Patti Smith, revered soul singer Bettye LaVette, one of Americana music’s most celebrated artists Margo Price, front man of popular indie rock band The National Matt Berninger, acclaimed singer-songwriter Phoebe Bridgers, one of America’s most creative pioneers Laurie Anderson, musician and activist Jesse Paris Smith and Tibetan artist and cultural ambassador Tenzin Choegyal with more artists to be announced soon.
